The Journey Day 12: Betrayal as a Stepping Stone

Be grateful for the people who have played a Judas-type role in your life. Judas was the one who betrayed Jesus. With Judas, you can learn continue to be yourself regardless of what their motive is in your life.

I learned self-control when I know they have betrayed me when they are standing in my face smiling at me like everything is okay.

I learned to control my anger and to allow my work and actions speak for me instead of defending myself.
