Hey Everyone! Here are the book reviews for May 2024. This was an excellent reading month, filled with a variety of books.

Good Boundaries and Goodbyes Bible Study Guide plus Streaming Video: Loving Others Without Losing the Best of Who You Are by Lysa TerKeurst. I think that Audible may be listening to my conversations. 😂 As soon as I got off the phone talking about boundaries being biblical too, this book popped up as a suggestion. So, I accepted the “suggestion” and I am glad that I did. Level setting our boundaries is something that we will be dealing with for a lifetime, so no matter where you are on your emotional health journey, revisiting this subject every so often is a good idea. Lysa made some excellent points about creating boundaries and not erecting walls. She also emphasized the fact that God first built boundaries and walked us through God’s boundaries in the bible. This was a great read and boundary revisitation. Highly recommend.

The Obelisk Gate by N.K. Jemisin. This is the second book of the series and I loved this book as much as the first. Interestingly enough, there is a new business being built by a“Fulcrum” organization. This made me question if we’re entering the era of this book. 😂, 🤔, and 👀.
