2022 Personal Intentions

Happy 2022 to you and your loved ones! It has been a long time since we’ve communicated, but I do seek to remedy that and be more consistent with my emailing. It is my hope that this message finds your life in a gentle, serene, and restful place. The world is full of things to have strong feelings about at any given time, so it is important to find the time to rest.

During the last quarter of any given year, I begin to reflect on what has occurred and the intentions of the next calendar year. This year, I wanted to share a few of those items with you for your own reflection consideration:

Health:

~ Stay hydrated

~ Intermittent Fasting

~ Incorporate ways to move more

~ Plan meals on a wider scope

Mental/Social:

~ Honor my mental health

~ Let my no mean no. Periodt.

~ Honor my own value and do not self-reject

~ Stick to my boundaries and remove attachments that are not good for me.

Spiritual:

~ Continue to share my gifts as God determines

~ Use wisdom

~ Continue to remain hopeful in these tumultuous times

~ I will continue to be open to God’s unlimited response to my concerns as much as I am open to the same in the life of others

Relationships:

~ I will be present

~ I will do better with my relationship with myself and walk boldly in my own value

~ I will seek to communicate better with others

~ I will be more assertive in communicating my own needs

Here is my declaration for you all:

Softness belongs to you.
Healing belongs to you.
Flourishing and reciprocal relationships belong to you.
Purpose and clarity abound.
May you experience tangible increase in every aspect of your life and those in your sphere of influence. 💙
